Approach

  • I don’t expect your kids to have endless attention spans! I keep sessions relaxed but relatively fast-paced, ensuring we get the “must-have” portraits while leaving room for everyone to go with the flow and just have a good time. My favorite images from a session are usually the unplanned, natural moments that pop up in the moment.

    My portrait sessions are meant to feel like an excursion on your vacation or a relaxing evening spending time with your family. I will guide you through a variety of classic and timeless poses and groupings, but also leave time for more candids and natural moments of you together.

  • I offer posing guidance to help ensure your images are flattering, while still allowing you to feel comfortable and natural.

  • I plan each session with each client to tailor it to your unique style. From discussing location or posing ideas that you love, to helping you design a gallery wall of prints to put in your home, it’s a priority to make sure I help you enjoy your images best- this is documentation of your life’s precious memories!
